Cooper switches chairs at NDIA

Rich Cooper, a principal at Catalyst Partners, has been named chairman of the National Defense Industrial Association’s Homeland Security Division. As chairman, Cooper will seek to advance NDIA’s goal of fostering constructive relationships between private industry and homeland security providers.
