Maybe the momentum is building again to fix the debacle of overlapping congressional oversight of DHS. I sure hope so. The existing labyrinth is ridiculous. As Jerry Markon points out in the Washington Post, there are at least 120 reasons to change the overlapping jurisdictional requirements DHS faces today. It can’t come soon enough.
